Come explore practical strategies for creating an engaging, sustainable choral program that includes first rehearsal activities, fun warm ups, and classroom management tips & tricks. We’ll also dive into Orff inspired lessons for all grade levels, including creative ways to teach improvisation. Most importantly, we’ll have FUN!

Candace Adams
Candace Adams is in her 27th year of teaching music and her 10th year at her current school, Freedom Intermediate School in Franklin Special Schools. She currently teaches general music, Honors Choir, and two Orff Orchestras as well as being the music director for the spring musical each year. She has been named building teacher of the year three times and has been awarded district teacher of the year twice. When not teaching music, she loves spending time with her husband and three kids! |
